Biography

 

Allison Crain Trundle is a Pacific Northwest artist. She studied at the University of New Mexico where she received her BFA with a focus on abstract painting. After graduation she worked at a nationally recognized theater and studied plein air painting at the DH Lawrence Ranch program in northern New Mexico. She continued her dance and music studies at UNM post graduation. 

Thematically her interests explore human’s relationships with each other and the natural world, mapping, the dreamworld, science and technology.

Her work includes gallery exhibitions, public art performances, and stage performances.

She currently lives on Vashon Island with her partner, children and three dogs.
